Shipping Policy

All your purchases are shipped from Mumbai, Maharashtra by reputed courier agencies.

The cost of shipping may vary according to the size of package and weight. The shipping charges shall be shown at the time of checkout. Customers will know about it before making payment.

Order Dispatch Time

Our products are handmade and homemade in small batches only as per order. So, we will need 4 – 5 working days to dispatch your order. There will be no dispatches on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Once the order is dispatched/shipped, it will be delivered anywhere between 3 to 10 working days. Delivery timeline depends on the area of delivery.

Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. In any event that you are not available to receive your product, someone else can receive the goods on your behalf. i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Native Roots takes no responsibility for goods signed by any other person.

Some courier companies may request an OTP to complete delivery. OTP will be sent to the number entered at time of placing order.

Native Roots is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

For any claims related to damage in transit must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery with a valid proof (photograph). We request you to write to us at help@nativeroots.co.in. Native Roots will not be responsible for any claim raised with respect to damages post the above-mentioned time frame.

In case of non-serviceable areas, the customer will have to personally collect the parcel from the courier company’s nearest branch.

Products will be shipped only within India.
