However, if the product is damaged at the time of delivery you need to write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will be happy to help you. Write to us at help@nativeroots.co.in with a valid proof (photograph). We will process your refund within 15 working days.
You can return a product that doesn’t match your order. Allow us to send you the right product within 15 working days. For delivery of wrong items, please write to us at help@nativeroots.co.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please attach a valid proof (photograph) with your email.
